Lendlease developed two luxury apartment complexes, Anadara and Alexander, as part of the first residential release of Barangaroo South. The 159 waterfront apartments sold out within three-and-a-half hours in August 2013, highlighting strong demand for premium living spaces.
To support the high-end infrastructure and ensure efficient energy management, Lendlease required a new energy management system capable of handling complex metering needs, delivering real-time data, and integrating seamlessly with the buildings’ operational framework. Given the high density of metering, with each apartment containing six utility meters, a scalable, accurate, and automated solution was essential for seamless energy monitoring and reporting.
